The Examination of Peter Cook< no role > of Cooks Gardens
Haggerstone in the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex Tin plate Worker
taken upon Oath before me William Blackborow< no role > Esqr .
one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for the said County this 8th. day of February 1786

This Examinant upon his Oath saith that he is the
Landlord of a certain Messuage or Tenement situate in
Cooks Gardens aforesaid in which a Press and other Tools
and Implimentswere foundfor the Purpose of Coining were
found on Saturday evening the fourth day of February
instant That on thefirstTwenty first day of December
last past He this Examinant demised and let the said
Messuage to the Prisoner Henry Bridges< no role > for One Year
certain at the Sum of Twelve Pound & Twelve Shillings
per Year and that the said Henry Bridges< no role > Signend a
Written agreement drawn by this Examinant for that
purpose and that he hath seenthe Henry Bridges< no role >
aforesaid at the said House Several times since.
