did not receive Notice of the intention of the said John Molley< no role >
to Surrender and take his Trial upon the said Indictment
until about [..] seven days Since and had not therefore
sufficient time to Send to Ireland for the said persons
who are now there resident but this Deponent now
knowing the intention of the said John Molloy< no role >
will
with all the Expedition in her flower Send for her said
Witnesses so as to be prepared against the next
Session and hath no doubt but she shell then be
ready and sufficiently able to prove her Charge in his
said Indictment contained against the said Johns Molloy
and saith that she doth not make this Affidavit with a
View or intent Vexationsly to prevent the Trial of the
said John Molloy< no role >
at this prevent Session but with a
view and intent that Justice may be administred upon
the Evidence of full and Competent WitnessesEvidence and that the
absence of the Witnesses abovenamed and other
necessary Evidence alone prevents this Deponent from
now prosecuting the said Indictment And this
Deponent further saith that with respect to the Second
marriage of the said John Molloy< no role >
this Deponent hath
been informed and verily believes such Informations
be true that the said John Molloy< no role >
