The Information of William
Fincham< no role > taken upon oath before
me Jacob Leroux< no role > Esqr . one of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace in and
for the Said County of Middlesex
this 25th. day of February 1785 .

This Informant upon his Oath Saith
that on Thursday night being the 24th. of
this Instant February be met Elizabeth
Hipsley< no role > near Fleet Market and agreed to go
to her Lodgings which was in Blue Court Saffron
Hill in the County of Middx and went to bed
and Sometime afterwards the said Elizabeth
Hipsley got up and went out of the Room
and when he awoke and to his great
surprize found his watch Money, and Garters
were gone he then got up and found the
said Elizabeth Hipsley< no role > on the 25th. of this
Instant February when she produced the Said
Watch andtheone of the Garters were found
upon her & his Property
