And first this Informant John Moriarty< no role >
upon his Oath Saith That he is a Lawyer and Works
in Great Queen Street
Lincolns Inn fields
That
about the hour of 6 o'Clock in the Morning of Saturday
last as he was going to his Workyearhe observed
a Man who says his Name is Prossar walking from
Mr. Kennedys door to the China Shop in Great Queen

aforesaid several times and at one of
Which times he saw him Tatehimsomething from
Mr. Kennedy or Mr. Spence's door and saw him
Carry it to the China Shop aforesaid And this Informt.
had Suspicion the said Prossar was Stealing the
Iron Rails and upon going to Mr. Kennedys
door he observed some of the Iron Rails were
Taken away Whereupon this Informant gave
Informant to the Watchman and assisted in
Taking Prossar into Custody.
And this Informant James Fitzerald< no role >
upon his oath Saith That he is a Watchman
and that as he was going off his duty about the hour
of ½ past 6 o,Clock in the Morning of Saturday last upon
receiving Information from the last Informant
