Taken the
26th. day of January 1785
The said Elizabeth Hart< no role >
upon her Oath saith
That one Sarah Whitworth< no role >
who lived as Servant
with her this Informant went away about
Three Weeks ago and feloniously Carried away
One Chintz Pattern Gown her Husbands Property
and that the Gown now produced is the Identical
gown that was Stolen as aforesaid And this
Informant Sarah Mansfield< no role >
upon her Oath
Saith That about a fortnight ago the said
Sarah Whitworth< no role >
applied to this Informant and
told her She had a Gown to Sell which was
then in pawn for Six Shillings and that Sherwould
Selbit for Two Shillings more And this Informant
gave the said Sarah Whitworth< no role >
the said Two Shillings
and received the Gown of one Buckley a
Pawnbroker in Saint Giles's
the said Sarah

being present and Consenting thereto
