This informant, upon his oath saith
that he hath Great reason belive a
man who calls himself Richard Cawdercy< no role >
did feloniously steal a Quart Lewter Fott
the property of this said Informant which
was found upon the said Richard Cawderey< no role >
as he hath been since informed by Joseph
