Mrs. Robert Clerk< no role > Servant to Mrs. Joseph Wassell< no role > for
himself Saith that or Thursday Morning the 27th. day of
March 1783 the Prisoner Sarah Leech< no role > came to this deponents
Masters Shop and Asked him to lend her half a Guinea
on an Apron unmade now Produced, on which this deponent
last here Eight Shillings and gave here a duplicate on the
same.

Joseph her Niblow for himself saith that Mrs. Gwynne's< no role >
Servant came on Thursday the 27th day of March 1783 to
take into Custody the Prisoner Sarah Leech< no role > Charged by this
said Servant with Stealing a Piece of Muslin this deponent
Immediately took the Prisoners before Mrs. Justices Hyde, who
by Virtue of a Search Warrant, this deponent went and searched
the Prisoners Lodgings and found a [..] Part of the Piece of Muslin now
Produced that the Prisoner was Suspected of Privately
Stealing but of Mrs. Gwynn's Shop
