Assistance, but last sight of him, next night Saturday
the 11th. Instant the said Richard Bulkley< no role > came into
his this deponents house, this deponent sit down in
his Kitchen Pretended to be Asleep, soon after Richard
Bulkley
< no role > put his hand into his this deponents Pocket
and took a Quantity of Silver Immediately this deponent
Seized hold of himandgot Assistance sent for a Constable
William Pasley< no role > Came and searched him, in his Pocket
was found one half Crown Piece two Shillings and one Six pence
Numbred, on Searching the said Richard Bulkleys Trunk was
found a Silver Watch caped and Jeweled with a Steel Chain
andtwo Seals and a Silver table Spoon.

The said James Reilly< no role > for himself saith that Mr.
Mathews Acquainted him he had lost Money at different
Times this deponent Advice do Mr. Mathews to have some
Money Marked to detect the thief, this deponent marked
three half Crowns three Shillings and three Six pences
Mr. Mathew's property and gave it him and further
Saith that the above, Silver found on his Prison was
part of the silver this deponent marked.

William Pasley< no role > for himself Saith that he this deponent
was sent four to Mr. Mathews Immediately took the prisoner
Richard Bulkley< no role > into Custody, on searching him found
