Upon Oath before me this 16th. day January 1783

First the said Francis Mathews< no role > for himself saith that
on the 23d day October last he this deponent going to bed
Misade his Silver Watch which he Supposed some Person
had taken it out of his Feb while he was Asleep in his
Kitchen he made different Inquirys about it but to no
Purpose he this deponent since the 23d. October lastat
Different sums of Money out of his Waistcoat Pocket,
Acquainting Mr. Reilly with it he advised me to [..]
to have some Money Marked, which the said Mr. Reilly
did for me, then Money Marked was three half Crown Pieces, three
Shillings and three Six pences, which said Money he this
Deponent put in his Waistcoat Pocket, near Eleven o'Clock
on Friday night the 10th. Instant he this deponent went into
his Kitchen and Pretended to Sleep, soon after Richard
Bulkley
< no role > the Prisoner put his hand in his this deponents
Waistcoat Pocket and took there from three half Crown Pieces
three Shillings and three Six pences, the Money Mr. Reilly
had Marked, and Immediately went out of the House, this
deponent Immediately followed him in order to got.
