Esqr . one of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the said County of
Middlesex this 15th. Day of October 1774

This Informant upon his Oath saith that
he hath just Reason to believe Martha Parks< no role > , and
Ann Bowman< no role > Wife of John Bowman< no role > did
feloniously Receive from William Herbert< no role > not
as yet Taken one Pair of New Calimanco stay's,
one Pair of Worked Muslin Ruffles, and one Worked
Muslin Handkerchief, the Property of the said Thomas
Pierce< no role > which were found upon them knowing the
same to have been stolen
