Saith that he is the Governor or Keeper of Tothill fields
Bridewell
in the City and Liberty of Westminster
that on the Tenth day of September last he received
into his Custody a person now present who calls
himself William Lems Under or Warrant of
Committment of George Reid< no role >

Forging two Drafts the one for the payment of the
Sum of Fifteen pounds the other of Forty eight

saith that he is Turnkey at the said Prison
called Tothill fields

of the Gate of the said Prison on the Thirteenth
