The Information of Thomas [..]

Street Seven Dials Saint Giles in
the Fields a Waiter taken before me
one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that about twelve o'
Clock on Wednesday Night last he was in Company
with one James Goller< no role > at a Publick House the
Sign of the Blue Boar in Russel Street Bloomsbury
[..] Tap Room and there was present
at the same time the Landlord of the House his
wife in the Barr Lord Chancellors Porter
and Coachman and another Man whose name
this Informant doth not know and a dispute
arising between the Coachman and the said James
Goller they agreed to fight [..] they closed
together and Goller first fell & the Coachman upon
him they being both much in Liquor that the
Coachman got about halfway up and Goller [..]
at that time was upon his Back and the Coachman
came down again [..] & [..] either one or both of
his Knees came upon the lower part of the Belly
of the said James Goller< no role > & he gave a Groan and
rolled himself upon his side and did not speak
for five or Six Minutes this Informant further
saith that the Coachman was down three times
the two first this Infomt. did not perceive any
injury done but that the third fall the said James
Goller received the hurt.
