Elizabeth Ibberson< no role > Wife of Christopher Ibberson< no role > of the
parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex
the Prosecutor in this Cause and Olive Rohl wife of Andrew
Rohl of the same place Severally make Oath That the above
Thomas Williams< no role > being Indicted at the last General Quarter
Sessions of the peace held at Hicks Hall in and for the
County of Middlesex for Feloniously Stealing in the Dwelling
House of the said Prosecutor wearing apparel which was found
upon the said Thomas William< no role > That these Deponents Elizabeth
Ibberson and Olive Rohl< no role > were Bound over by Mr. Justice
Cox one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
County (who Committed the said Thomas Williams< no role > ) To prosecute
and give Evidence on the Tryal of the said IndictmentAnd
these Deponents further severally Say that being Informed
that the Time the Prisoner would be Tryed would be uncertain
and knowing their long attendance would be Inconvenient on
Account of their Business Sent one William Winson< no role > about
Nine o Clock in the Morning of Thursday the Sixteenth of
July Instant to the old Bailey to Enquire whether the
Prisoners Tryal would come on that day and if it would
to come back again and Acquaint them that they might
attend the said TryalThat these Deponents have been
since Informed that altho' the said prisoner was Brought to
the Bar three several times on the said day and the said
prosecutor called on to prosecute and Give Evidence against him
the said Thomas Williams< no role > yet the said William Winson so
Sent never gave them or either of them any Notice thereof and
that they have Since been Informed that the said Thomas
Williams
< no role > has been Discharged for want of prosecution And
