The Information of Benjamin
Gillman
< no role > and Henry Burton< no role >
taken before me One of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said County

Who being Oath say and first this Informt
Benjamin Gillman for himself saith that on
Saturday Night last about 12' o Clock he was picked
up by a Woman in Parkers Lane & he went home
with her to her Lodgings in Parkers Lane the ground
Floor where they had a pot of Beer together some little
time after this Informt. had been in the said Room
two persons now present who call themselves
Lawrence Cornor & Jas Ellis< no role > & another Manwho
came in to the Room & Seized hold of this Informt.
Dragged him by the hair of his head into the Street
& beat him very Violently & while he was upon the
Ground in the Street he felt one of the said three
persons hands in his [..] right hand Breeches
Pocket in which pocket this Informt. had a
Six Shilling & Nine Pence & three Shillings &
Nine Pence in Silver & half pence at the time they
so Seized hold of him as abovementd. & his Breeches
Pocket was also buttoned they continued beating this
Informant upon the Ground for about five Minutes
when she other Informant Henry Burton< no role > who
in a Watchman came & took the said Lawrence
Cornor
< no role > & Jas Ellis< no role > from off this Informant but
what became of the other Man he cannot tell as
he did not see him afterwards when this Informant
got from off the Ground he felt for his Money &
found that his right hand Pockets & this Breeches was unbuttoned
& all his Money taken away being in the whole
Nine Shillings & Six pence this Informant
is certain that he had his Money in his Pocket
at the time he was first Seized hold of by the said
three Men
