he came by then he told him he had them from
two persons now present who call themselves

& Wm. Tryer & by the said Richd
Weldons directions he went & Apprehended
the said two Persons & upon examining them
they confessed the Breaking Open the House of
the sd. Wm Impey about 12 'o Clock at Night
& Stealing the said Fowls and Gun & told
this Informant where the Gun was & he went
according to their Direction & found it
And this Informant Richard Weldon for
himself saith that about 11 'o Clock in the
Morning in Saturday last two persons now present
who call themselves Geo. Burton & Wm. Tryer
brought to him a Cock & atten & sold them to
him for half a Crown & he paid them in part
Eighteen pence & was to pay than the other
Shilling on Monday that Yesterday Morning

came
into the Yard where this Informt works &
claimed the sd Cock & hen to be his property
this Informt. Immediately told him that he
had bought them of the said George Burton< no role >
