The Information of France's Henry Hay< no role >
taken before Us two of this Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that about a Month
ago about Six o'Clock in the Evening this Informant.
was coming up Saint Martins Lane he met a Man
who is called Captain Jones who asked him
to go with him to his Lodgings that he had a
Buckle to mend this Informants Uncle being a
Jeweller by Trade this Informant went with the
said Jones & when they came into the said Jones
Lodging he fastened the Door & directly let down
this Informants Breeches then let his own Down
& put his private parts into this Informt. hand
then put his own hand upon his & robbed it backwards
and forwards. And this Informant saw some white
Shift come from the private parts of the said Jones.
that as soon as the White Shift came from
the private parts of the said Jones he sayd he
would shew this Informant how to get a Child
Girl with child then the said Jones took this
Informant and laid him down with his face
upon his hands in an Elbow Chair then went
behind him and thrust his private parts against
the place where this Informant. does his needs
and his private parts went into that part this
Informant felt something wet come from him
after the said wet came from the said Jones he
took this Infornt. up & Kissed him gave him
some half pence & Charged him not to tell him to
come again the next Morning for the Buckle
which this Informant did & that the said Jones took
down his Breeches & put his poieate parts to in to this
Informants and & made him rub then till white
Shift came from them but did not put him in the
Chair as he did before nor to any thing more to his person
