Who severally being upon Oath say And first
this Informant William Impey< no role >
for himself
saith thaton Fridhe is a Servant to Eleanor
Gardner< no role >
of the Parish of Saint Pancras in the
said County that his Business is to watch the
Call he in the Fields & that he hath a small Tenement
in which himself & his Family live near the
House of the said Eleanor Gardner< no role >
that on Friday
Night last about Eight o'Clock he went out
of his House & locked his Door that there was in
his House at the time he quitted it upwards of
fifteen Fowls entrusted to his care & a Gun
now produced about One o'Clock in the Morning he
returned back to his Habitation & found a Door
broke down & the Fowls & Gun taken away but by
whom this Informant does not know And
this Informant Andrew Gardner< no role >

saith that the Gun now produced was put into
the Tenement of the other Informt. Wm. Tropey< no role >
about Eleven o' Clock in the Morning of Friday
last under the case of the said Wm Omkey< no role >
saith that there was also fifteen fowls upwards
in the said Tenement Entrusted in the Care of the
said William Impey< no role >

James Gallawy for himself saith that on
Monday morning last One Allen told this Informant.

Number of other Fowls where instructed to the Lane
