Jointly make Oath and say that on Tuesday
last they called upon Nathaniel Hartley< no role >
who is the Prosecutor bound over in a Recognizance
with these Deponents in a Recognizance of £40
each before the Justice at the Rotation office
in Litchfield Street Saint Anns to Prosecute
Ralph Lawson< no role > otherwise Bartrop and Mary Ryan< no role >
for Robbing the said Nathaniel Hartley< no role > in a
Dwelling House of thirteen Guineas & Sixteen
Shillings at the Present Sessions now
held for the said County of Middlesex But
these Deponents further upon their Oaths
jointly say that they found the said Nathaniel
Hartley
< no role > very Lame in Both his Feet with the
Gent and the said Nathaniel Hartley
declared to the so Deponents that he was so
Ill in Body that he was quite unable to
attend [..] the said Prosecution at the
present Sessions and that it would endanger
his life if he attempted or was to go out of
his Room into the Air there Deponents
upon their Oaths do verily believe that
the said Nathaniel Hartley< no role > by reason of the
said Illness is rendered quite unable to attend
the Sessions upon the Prosecution against
the said Persons but will attend at the
Next Sessions if able & Prosecute them

for the said County at the Rotation
Office in Litchfield Street
