John Heley< no role > taken before me this
12th. day of June 1772

Who being upon Oath say and first the said John Stearne< no role > for
himself says that on Monday Evening last he was robbed of
a Silver Watch now produced in Park Lane by two Footpads
one of whom struck him this Informant with a Hammer
and the said John Heley< no role > for himself says that on Tuesday
Morning last he found the said Silver Watch upon a
person now present who calls himselfEdward Robert Aystrop< no role > This name instance is in set 2601.
and also a hammer now produced, and these Informants
further say that they do verily believe the saidEdward Robert
Aystrop< no role > This name instance is in set 2601. to be one of the Footpads who robbed him as aforesaid
