The Information of

admitted an Evidence in his Majestys behalf
taken before me One of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
for the said County
Who being upon Oath saith that on Saturday
Night last about ten o Clock a Person now
present who calls himself Alexr. Middleson< no role >
Brought a Bundle tied up in a Bed Quilt
to this Informants Lodgings and desired it
might stay there there till he had Lodgings to put
It in the Next Morning it was [..] ed in his
Presence & therein was contained a Bed Bolsters
a pair of Blankets apr of Sheep & Bed Quilt
which said several things were brought by the
said Alexander Middleton< no role >
and are the same
which are now claimed to be the Property of
Edward Ryley< no role >
the Elder
& were Stolen from
him
