Who being upon Oath says that on Saturday night last a Silver
Pint Mug was feloniously Stole out of this Informants house
in Rosemary Lane
which Pint Mug this Informant hath since
seen in the Possession of Mr. Arthur Pawnbroker in White Chaple
and Pawned in the name of one William Mortis< no role >
otherwise
Morris< no role >
a Foreigner, which said Mortis otherwise Morris
was drinking in this Informant's house the Evening the said
Mug was Stolen, And further saith that a Person now present
who calls himself Peter Sarr was in Company at this Informants
house with the said Mortis otherwise Morris the said Saturday
Evening when this Informants Mug was Stolen as aforesaid
and drank some Beer and Purl with him Says he doth verily
believe and Suspect the said Peter Sarr< no role >
was concerned with
the said Mortis otherwise Morris in Stealing his Silver Mug
as aforesaid for they went away together
