Missing her Box this Informt Immediately
went for a Constable and locked the Door upon

Came and took them in Custody & in about half
an hour Mary Rushworth returned when this
Informant gave her in Charge to the Constable
she having been in Company with the other
two thew hole of the time Fill she Missed the
Box & MoneyAnd further saith the a Wooden
Screw Box now produced every much like
The Box described to be Stolen with the Money
in it as abovementioned this Informant verily
believes that the said Susannah Defoe Ann
Green< no role > & Mary Rushworth< no role > are the persons
who Stole the said Box and Money as
abovementd
And this Informant George Smith< no role > for himself
saith that on Tuesday last he gave Six Guineas
& a five Shillings & three pence to his Wife
Ann Smith< no role > and further saith that the
Wooden Screw Box now producedis the Box
heven'ly believes is the Box which his Wife
used to keep her Money in
And this Informant John Tubb< no role > for himself
saith, that Yesterday he searched the Lodging
of Ann Green< no role > & found the Screw Box now
produced in her Trunk & upon his shewing
it to her she say'd it did not belong to her but
she believed that he had Conveyed it into her
Lodging& upon searching her person he found
two pounds Seventeen Shillings & Nine pence
in Gold and Sixteen Shillings & Eight pence
in Silver & half pence she has given [..] declared that she had no Money abt her. And Informant
at first took only Susanah Defoe in to Custody

when Susannah Defoe was taken into Custody
soon after which he was charged with Mary
Rushworth< no role > a little before which Ann
Green< no role > had left them & returned on about a quarter
of an hour when he took her into Custody

And this Informant Isabella Tomkins< no role >
for herself saith that she hath been Servant
