Upon which she Immediately went and told her
Mistress but who [..] was that Stole the said
Street and Counterpane this Informant
cannot tell the Informt. further saith
tha the Pair of Sheets & Cotton Counterpane
now produced are the property of the other
Informt Chrr. Ibberson and were Stolen
off the said Bed as abovementioned
And this Informant James Taylor< no role > for
himself saith that her the Servant to
the other Informt. Chrir. Ibberson that last
Night about Nine o'Clock this Informt
was in his Master Yard & saw a person now
Present who calls herself Elizabeth Paulin
& also another person which he believes by
the Statuies the other person now present who
Calls herself Mary Darby< no role > [..]
Persons which he be [..] to be Marygo up
the Stairs which are called the bath Stairs
belonging to the Dwelling House of his said
Master the shortest person which he believes
to be Mary Darby< no role > went up first and is
certain that the said Elizabeth Paulin
followed but this Informant thought it was some
Persons who wanted the person who lodged in
his Master is House this Informant further
saith that about five Minutes after the said
Persons were gone up Stairs. he went into the
House where he heard that his Master had lost
some [..] Bed Cloaths from the
Bed on the Back Stairs Upon which this
Informant made Answer & say'd that he saw
two Women go up those back Stairs about
five Minutes ago & he was certain they were
not gone out as [..] had not quitted the Yard
since they went upUpon which this Informt
& his Mistress & One Wm Bentley< no role > took a Candle
& went up Stairs into the One pair of Stairs
