The Information of Walter Birt< no role > and Samuel
Davis< no role > taken before me this 10th. day of
April 1772

Who being upon Oath saysand first Walter Birt says that about a Year ago five Lambs
and four Ewes were feloniously taken and drove away out of the
Fields belonging to James Clitherow< no role > Esqr . at Boston Farm
and that he afterwards found the said four Ewes and four
of the said Lambs in the Possession of the said Samuel Davies< no role >
and the said Samuel Davis< no role > for himself says that he bought
the said four Ewes and four Lambs of a person now present
who calls himself Edward Bransgrove< no role > and that he gave three
pounds for them
