believes the said Several persons abovenamed who bought the said Trusses

the load knew at the time they so bought it that the said Trussess of
Hay they so bought were stole from the said James Barwick< no role >

Knew this Examinant and the said Edward Mould< no role >
to be the Servants of
the said James Barwick< no role >
and the Hay to be his property And he further
on his oath saith that William Rayment who was employed by the said James
Barwick< no role >
to Cut Truss & half load the Hay which they took up to London as
abovementioned used always to put up one or more Trusses of Hay more than
the Load, for the said Edward Mould< no role >
and the agreement between them was
that the said William Rayment shoud have a put of Beer for every
Truss of Hay, he so lut bound & loaded for the said Edward Mould< no role >
and this
Examinant saith that the Hay so bound loaded & sold [..] aforesaid was the
property of the said James Barwick< no role >

saith that the said Edward Mould< no role >
hath sold at least 12 Trussess of Haysaidto the
