taken before me One of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that he together with
William Garmons< no role > Jas, Mc.. Donald & John Cooledge< no role >
on the 4th. of April between One & two o'Clock in the
Morning Broke into the Dwelling House of Mr
Moulds on King Street Seven Dials and Hole a
great Quantity of Plate which this Informant
put into his Pocket but it who afterwards taken
out of his Pocket by William Garnons< no role > and as this
Informant has since been [..] Informed was
found upon the said William Gamons< no role > when he was
Apprehended
