An Inquisition indented taken for our Sovereign Lord the King at London that is to
say at the Parish of Saint Sepulchre in the Ward of Farringdon without in London aforesaid on the twenty eighth day
of June in the thirtieth Year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain france
and Ireland King Defender of the faith Etc. before Thomas Shelton< no role > Gentleman Coroner of our said Lord the King for
the City of London and Borough of South wark on view of the Body of William Hussey< no role > now here lying dead by the
Oath of Robert Coombes< no role > , John Castle< no role > Joseph Gatware< no role > Josiah Cook< no role > Meredith John Evans< no role > Joseph Kimpson Henry
Tyler Richard Davis< no role > John Bloore Robert Day< no role > Thomas Whitford< no role > John Fuller< no role > and William Griffith< no role > good and lawful
men of the City of London who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to require for our said Lord
the King when how dud in what manner the said William Hussey< no role > came to his Death say upon their Oath
that the said William Hussey< no role > on the twenty sixth day of January in the year aforesaid being in acertain
Waggon drawn by four horses belonging to one William Wilson< no role > of the Parish of Christ Church in the County of
Surrey and being intoxicated and drank with excessive Drinking is so happened that the said William Hussey< no role >
did then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune fall from and out of the said Waggon into a certain
open and public Street and Kings common highway called Long Lane situate in the said Parish of Saint Sepulchre
in the Ward aforesaid in London aforesaid and that the said William Hussey< no role > by reason and means of the
intoxication and drunkeness aforesaid being then and there unable to get up and assist himself the off hind
of heel of the said Waggon then and there accidentally casually and by misfortune did go upon and pass
over the head of him the said William Hussey< no role > by means whereof he the said William Hussey< no role > did these
and there receive one mortal wound and bruise in and upon the head of him the said William Hussey< no role >
of which said Mortal wound and Briuse he the said William Hussey< no role > did then and there in slauthydie
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said William Hussey< no role > in manner
and by the means aforesaid casually and by misfortune was accidentally killed And that the said Off hind
wheel of the said Waggon was moveing to the Death of the said William Hussey< no role > and is of the value of five shillings
and the property and in the possession of the said William Wilson< no role > In Witness whereof as well the said Cornel [..]
as the said Richard Coombes< no role > the foreman of the said Jurors on behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows in their
presence have to this Inquisition set their hands and seals the day year and place first above written
