maketh Oath that she hath Known the deced about twelve
years that she was a Widow and Lodged in a Garret in
said house No. 23 three Colt Alley aforesaid that the
deced was in Company with Dept. [..] in her Room a
one pair of Stairs Room in said house until about the hour
of Nine at Night of Saturday last the 26th. Instt. that she
appeared perfectly sober at that time-that she went down
Stairs but where she went to Dept. don't know-that
about one O'Clock on Sunday Morning Dept. heard
some person go up Stairs whom Dept. thought to be the
deced (the Deced's Room being over the Room wherein
Dept. and her Harband slept and lived)-that the person
whom Dept. heard go up went as Dept. thinks to the [..] top
of [..] the Stairs and almost immediately fell with
great violence against the Wainscot of Dept's: Room-that
Dept. immediately went out and felt some person on the
Stairs-that she immediately alarmed the people below
Stairs that Mr. Wood the person who lodged on the ground
floor came out with a light and went up Stairs and then
Dept. [..] followed [..] up and
found it to be the deced
