aforesaid in the said County of Surrey
who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged
to inquire for our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said Edward Richards< no role >
came to his death say upon their oath
that the said Edward Richard on the twenty first day of November in the year aforesaid at the Parish aforesaid within the Borough
aforesaid
in the County aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune fell into the River Thames
and in and with the Waters of the said
River was then and there suffocated and drowned Of which said Suffocation and drowning he the said Edward Richards< no role >

there die And to the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do say that the said Edward Richards< no role >
then and there accidentally casually
and by misfortune was suffocated and drowned In Witness where of as well the said Coroner as the said Robert Broadwater< no role >
