Mr. Church Warden Lem acquainted the Gentlemen Present
that the occasion of this Vestry being held was for the annual
Choice of Parish Officers and on other Affairs.

Church Wardens

And Mr. James Green< no role > was put up to serve the Office of
of Upper Church Warden for the Year ensuing and Chose.

And Mr. Thomas Kellam< no role > This name instance is in set 1515. was put up to serve the Office
of Under Church Warden for the Year ensuing and Chose.

Collectors of
Poor Rate
Sidesmen

Then Sir Thomas Rawlinson< no role > Knt . and Alderman and Mr.
Monkhouse Davison< no role > were severally put up to serve the
Offices of Collectors for the Poor and Sidesmen and Chose. But
Mr. Richard James< no role > This name instance is in set 2783. Alledg'd that Sir Thomas Rawlinson< no role > and
Mr. Davison desired leave to Fine for the said Offices And
he moved that they be excused from Serving Upon paying the
usual Fine of Forty Shillings each And the said Motion
being Seconded It was ordered accordingly.

Then Mr. Thomas Hudson< no role > and Mr. Robert Boyd< no role > were
severally put up to serve the said Offices of Collectors and
Sidesmen in the room of Sir Thomas Rawlinson< no role > and Mr.
Davison and Chose.

Organist

Ordered That Mr. John Bennett< no role > be continued Organist
for the year ensuing.

Sexton
Bellows Blower
Parish Warder

John Iselton< no role > was then put up and Chose Sexton,
Bellows Blower and Parish Warden. And It was Observed
by several Gentlemen present, that the said John Iselton< no role > 's
Salary as Sexton and Parish Warden was inadequate to
his Trouble, as those Offices required his constant daily
Attendance. Mr. Hebert desired that an Account of his
present yearly salary for each of those Offices be laid before
this Vestry which was as follows, Salary as Sexton Fourteen
Pounds and as Parish Warden Six Pounds And the matter
being fully debated and consider'd on Mr. Maynard Moved
that John Iselton< no role > 's Salary as Sexton and Parish Warden
do stand as heretofore And that the Sum of Ten Pounds
