That the present Church Wardens be Empowered to Agree
with Mr. Lister for new Casting the said Fourth Bell< no role > and that
the Rest of the Bells that wanted should be forthwith
Repaired and being Seconded, the Question was putt on the
said Motion and carried in the Affirmative.

Ordered that the C: Wardens
be Empowered to Agree wth.

repaired & they be indemnified
for so doing

Ordered That the present Church Wardens be Empowered by
this Vestry to Agree with Mr. Lister the Bellfounder for new

a Great Number of Vagrants
were daily Strolling up &
down the Streets of this Pish

to the next Vestry & Carried
in the Affirmative

Then Mr. Richard West< no role > Hosier complained that great number
of Vagrants & other idle & Disorderly Persons were daily
Strolling up & down the Streets of this Parish to the Great
Annoyance of the Inhabitants thereof, He therefore moved
that it be Referred to the present Church Wardens & overseers
of the Poor to Consider if it would not be of Service to this
Parish to have a Street Keeper or Parish Beadle and they
to Report their Opinion at the next Vestry and being Seconded
by Mr. George Maynard< no role > the Question was putt on the said
Motion & Carried in the affirmative.

Ordered Accordingly.

Ordered that it be referred to the present Church Wardens
& Overseers of the Poor to Consider If it would not be of Service
to this Parish To have a Street Keeper or Parish Beadle
and they are to Report their Opinion to the next Vestry
