A Vestry to receive the
Report from the Commee
relating to Mr. Harrison's House< no role >

This Vestry, was Summoned pursuant to Publick
Notice given in the Church for that Purpose To Receive,
the Report from the Committee appointed by An Order
of Vestry of the 20th: Day of September last To Consider
of the Repairs wanting to be made to the House in
Philpott Lane belonging to this Parish, and to treat
with the present Tenant or any other Person or
Persons for taking a Lease thereof upon Such Terms
as the Committee should think reasonable.
The Report of the Committee
That they had Considered of the
Repairs wanting & were of
opinion that a Sum of £150
shod. be laid out in Repairing
thesd. House, & that a Lease,
Shed. be Granted to Mr. Harrison
the prsent Tenant for 21 Years
from Midsx
: 1751. at 26 P Ann
Payas Quarterly Determinable
on 6 Months Notice in Writing
by Mr. Harrison at the End of the
[..] 7. or 11 Years of the Term.
And Mr. Church Warden Burt reported from the
said Committee That they had considered of the
Repairs wanting to the said House and were of
Opinion that a Sum not Exceeding the Sum of £150 should be Laid out in
Repairing the said House according to the Estimate
delivered in by Mr. Chapman And that the said Committee
had also treated with Mr. Harrison (the present Tenant)
about taking a Lease of the said House and had Considered
of his Proposals and were of Opinion that a Lease
should be Granted to the said Mr. Harrison of the said
