To Cousult abt. the Repairs
of the House in the Posion
of Mr Harrison & to
Consider on what Terms to
Lett ye. Same the Lease
Expiring at Michas next.

This Vestry was held pursuant to Publick Notice
given in the Church to Consult about the Repairs of the
House in Philpott Lane (belonging to this Parish) now in
the Possession of James Harrison< no role > Tobacconist and to
Consider on what Terms to Lett the Same, the Lease
thereof Expiring at Michaelmas next.

Two Estimates of the
Repairs Wanting taken
by Mr. Chapman & Mr.
Seagood.

And Mr: Church Warden Burt Acquainted the
Gentlemen present that he had Caused the House to be
Surveyed and two Several Estimates to be taken by Mr.
Chapman & Mr. Seagood of the Repairs wanting to be
made and he Delivered in the Estimates at the Table
to be perused.

The Orders of Vestry of
5th. Febry 1728.& 10th April
1729 touching the Repairs
of said House & granting
a Lease thereof to Mr. Thos.
Saunders read.

It was then moved that the Several Orders of Vestry
made the 5th. February 1728 and the 10th. April 1729
touching the Repairs of the said House and Granting
a Lease thereof to Mr. Thomas Saunders< no role > be now read
and the Same wereread accordingly

The Gentlemen present proceeded then to take the,
Matter before them into Consideration, and after Some
time spent Mr. James Spackman< no role > moved, That it be
