By the Calendar of the Prisoners there appeared to be

The Committee examine
the women's PrisonThe Committee examined the Prison which had been repared & altered
for the reception of the Women Prisoners and finding that several Jobs
still remained to be done before they could be removed and which
ought to have been finished before this time

Resolved that the Surveyor be desired to give orders for the immediate
finishing and completeing the Womens Prison agreeably to the orders
he had before received

Resolved that the Surveyor do give orders for taking up the floor in
the womens Prison on the ground story and paving it with Purbeck Stories

Particulars &c. respectg.
Men's Prison.The Surveyor laid before the Committee the particulars & estimate
of the repairs and alterations intended to be done to the Houses which
are to be converted into a prison for the men agreeably to the plan
before approved

Presidt. requested to
Convene a CourtResolved that the President be requested to convene a General
Court on some day in the present month for the purpose of taking
the same into consideration.

Advts. to be publishedResolved that Advertisements be inserted in 4 papers to give
notice that the Committee will meet on Wednesday the 11 March
to receive proposals for doing the above work and that in the
mean time the particulars may be seen and examined at the Office
