Mr; Finch appeared & proposed to deliver up to the said Parish for
the residue of the Term of years in Mr; Hyatts Lease the Possession
of the five Houses built by Mr; Moor the Parish discharging them
from the Arrears of Rent now due & the Rent & Covenants of the sd
Lease for the time to come & indempnifying them from the said Mr. Moor
& all claiming under him on account of a Lease granted to said Moor
of the Premises by the said Finch & Welsdales for the remainder of the Term

Which Proposal Mr; Finch was desired to deliver in Writing in order
to lay the Same before the Vestry

At a Vestry held for the Freedom part of the Parish on Wednesday the 7th.
day of January 1740 , at the Bell Tavern in Aldgate Church Row
