they had to procure a burying Ground & debating & considering the sd

It wasDeclaredAgreed & Declared as follows (vizt.)

1st.

That it appears to this Vestry that at the time of the taking the s [..]
Peice of Ground there was an absolute necessity for a new burying
Ground for the use of this Parish.

2d.

That the Committee appointed for that purpose did use their [..]
endeavours to procure such Ground in this Parish but could not
that the Peice of Ground taken by them in the best and most
convenient they could get.

3d.

That no Ground fit for the above purpose either within or [..]
the bounds of this Parish and near the same then could or as [..]
can be obtained [..] in perpetuity.

4th.

That this Parish being a large Populous poor Parish have been
always obliged to make use of burying Grounds not held by them
perpetuity.

5th.

That the Parish have not nor ever had Ground held by them
perpetuity sufficient to bury one fourth part of the Persons were
in the Parish.

6th.

That if they had not or cannot make use of Ground not held
them in perpetuity by far the greater part of their Inhabitants
must have been and Still must remain un buried.

Agreed and Ordered

7th.

That the Church Wardens for the time being be desired and
impowered to inquire after Ground in this Parish or any other [..]
and convenient place which may be obtained to this Parish
perpetuity for the use aforesaid.

8th.

That in the mean time and until such Ground can before
& obtained a work of so great necessity and charity as burying [..]
be permitted in the new burying Ground to all such Inhabitants
who shall desire and be willing to make use of the same.
