It was Agreed thatthe aRate be made for defraying
the aforesaid Expences & that it shall bebyan Equal Pound Rate on
all Inhabitants of this Parish who pay to the Poor According
to the Rents of their several Houses Shops Sheds Wharfs
Ware houses Lands and Tenements bythemOccupied within,
this Parish And for that Purpose That the Churchwardens
be desired to go from House to House and make Enquiry of the
respective Rents of the same
It was Proposed at the Vestry that the said Rate
be made at the Rate of 3d: in the Pound and be Charged and Rated
upon all Inhabitants and Occupiers of such Houses Shops Sheds
Wharfs Warehouses Lands and Tenements as aforesaid within,
this Parish And upon the same being Debated The Question,
was put And it was Carried that the Rate be made of 3d
in the Pound to be Charged on such Persons of this Parish
as aforesaid,
