Att a Meeting of the Feoffees of the Parish Estates
on Fryday the 17th. of Novr. 1749 . at the Queens head
Tavern near the Victualling Office

Mr. Lodk. Mansfield< no role >
Mr. Henry Johnson< no role >
Mr. Frans. Hawes< no role >
Mr. John Dodd< no role >

The Feoffees (in pursuance of a resolution at the last Meeting
on the 6th. of Septr. last ) now took into their further consideration
the request made at a former meeting by Mr. Robert Phipps< no role > (who on the
24th. day of Febry . last had agreed to take a repairing Lease of them
for 31. years to comences at Xmas [..] last of the Houses &
Prmises in Cock & Hoop Yard late in the possession of the Revd.
Mr. Wheatley under the terms & condicons in the said Agreement
Menconed) to have the said term of 31. years enlarged to
51. or atleast 41. years & after debating the matter Resolved
& Agreed to refer the determination thereof to the next
Vestry which shall be held for the whole Parish And that ye.
Feoffees do then report to the said Vestry their Proceedings
herein with their opinions thereon And that the Vestry
Clerk Mr. Fisher do in the mean time prepare such
Report.

At this Meeting Mr. Thos. Cleaver< no role > appeared & proposed to
take of the Feoffees on a Lease for 61. Years to comence
from Michaelmas last the two Houses in the front of
Hounsditch & five small Houses or Tenemts. behind them
with the Appurtences in Cock & Hoop Yard (all late in Lease
to or in the Possession of Mr. Lander) at & under the
