Mr. Lodowick Mansfield< no role > , Mr: Richard Bridgman< no role >
Mr. Henry Johnson< no role > , Mr: Joshua Harle< no role > , Mr. Francs. Hawes< no role >

Mrs Elizabeth Bovey< no role > being deced since the last Meeting of the
Feoffees, and before the Lease then Contracted for were Excecuted
Mr. Thomas Smith< no role > her sonappe& Exor Appeared at this
Meeting and offered to take the said Lease upon the same [..]
and Agreements for which the said Mrs. Bovey had Contracted
the same and desired that a Lease might be accordingly
Executed to him thereof which the Feoffees Agreed to and
said Lease being now read were Executed by the said Feoffees
the said Thomas Smith< no role >

Mr. Francis Hill< no role > who at a Meeting of the Feoffees
held at the Vestry Room the 17th. of March 1745 had agreed
the sd. Feoffees to take a Lease of the Peice of Ground in
Hounsditch on the East side thereof in this Parish where
three Houses formerly Stood nor fallen down at [..] Rent & on the Term
and Agreements mentioned £ in the Minute of the said M [..]
& which Lease was to be Executed to such Person as the said
Mr Hill shod. nominateprovided they [..] and should
be Approved of by the said Feoffees and the said Mr. H [..]
having nominated William Williams< no role > who being approved
by the said Feoffees Lease of the same were prepared but
sd. Wm. William< no role > never appeared to Accept the same & Executed
a Counterpart throfandbut is become insolvent now at this
Meeting the sd. Francis Hill< no role > Appeared and desired that this s [..]
Former Agreement might be Vacated upon his Agreeing to [..]
a Lease of the said Feoffees to himself in his own name and
right on of the same Covenants TermsandRent and Agreement
for the said Term of 61 Years to Commence from Lady day [..]
and to build thereon a House According to his said former Agreement
within twelve Months from the Commencement of the said [..]
