A Motion was made that in regard to the present circumstances
of the Parish the payment of Eight pounds a Year which some times
has been and particularly at this time is voluntarily allowed by the
Parish to the Officiating Curate for Candles for Evening prayers
be discontinued at Lady day next
And on the question Being put it was
carried in the Affirmative and Ordered accordingly.

the Houses in Cock & Hoop Yard
now or late in the Tenure
or Occupation of the Revd. Mr Wheatley at the Rent of
£4 P Annum payable quarterly clear of Taxes
& to Pay a Fine of [..] Forty Pounds
on executing sd Lease now appeared & requested the Feoffees
in consideration of his having laid out a very large Sum of
money never than was at first imagined would be
necessary in repairing the said Premes & the Lease
