Two Hundred Pounds And we have Considered of the Method
of raising and discharging the said Sume in the quickest
easiest and least [..] ur then some manner to the Parishioners
And are of Opinion that it will be best raised by selling or
granting Annuities for Lives under proper Restrictions
which Annuities one with another at the present rate
of Interest we are of Opinion will not Exceed Seven Pounds
per Centum and that Computed on Thirteen Thousand
Two Hundred Pounds will amount to Nine Hundred
and Twenty Four Pounds to which Adding the Fee Farm [..]
Rent of Twenty Two Pounds the Land Tax of Sixty
Seven Pounds Ten Shillings and the Charges of Collecting
Etc Fifty Six Pounds Ten Shillings make together
One Thousand and Seventy Pounds to be annually
raised while all the Annuitants shall be Living which,
Sum will be best raised by an equal Pound Rate on
the Parishioners annually as their Houses and other
Premisses are or shall be rated to the Land Tax And
We have taken an Account of the Rents of the Freedom
Part of this Parish as they an now rated to the Land Tax
which (exclusive of Three Hundred and Fifty Pounds
the Tythes are rated at) amount to Fifteen Thousand
Four hundred and Fifty Pounds And the Rents of the
Lordship part (exclusive of One Hundred Pounds
for the said Tythes and Six Thousand and Twenty
Seven Pounds for the Houses Office said Commissioners
and Clerks, Salaries of his Majesty's Victualling Office)
amount to Five Thousand four Hundred and Thirty
Seven Pounds together Twenty Thousand Eight
Hundred and Eighty Seven Pounds which Sum at
One Shilling and three Pence in the Pound will
raise One Thousand Three Hundred and Five Pounds
