of the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the
Said County Singlewoman taken on oath before
me Christopher Scott< no role > & Esquire one of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County of
Middlesex this Tenth Day of october
1770 .

Who on her oath Saith that She is now with Child and that the
Child or Children Where with She now goeth And is Pregnant
is or are likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards and to be
Chargeable to the said Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
And that Thomas Smith< no role > of Camomile Street in the City of
London Coach Carver is the Father of the Said Child or Children
