for the Said County of Middlesex thisDay of
1771

Who on her oath Saith That about five Years ago in the sd.
Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the sd. County She the
Said Mary Mumford< no role > was delivered of a Female Bastard
Child which Said Child hath been Since Baptized & registred
by the Same of Mary< no role > And that about three Years ago in the
Same Parish She the sd. Mary Mumford< no role > was delivered of quote [..]
Female Bastard Child Which said last menconed Bastard
Child hath been Since Baptized & Registred by the name of
Ann< no role > And that about Seven Months ago in the Same
Parish she the said Mary Mumford< no role > was delivered in the same
Parish of another Female Bastard Child which said last menconed
Child hath been Since Baptized & registred by the name of
Susanna< no role > And that James Russell< no role > now or late
of the said Parish of St. Botolph witht Aldgate Labourer
did get her with Child of the Said Several Bastard Children
all [..] which are likely to become Chargeable to the sd Parish
