Who Saith that about four Weeks ago in the Street
Called East Smithfield Street in the Said Parish of Saint
Botolph without Aldgate in the said County she this
Examinant was delivered of a Female Bastard Child
And that the said Bastard Child is [..] actualy become
Chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Botolph
without Aldgate and that one John Wilson< no role > of the
said Parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
Labourer did get her with Child of the said Bastard
Child And that the said Bastard Child hath been
Since Baptised by the name of Elizabeth Clarke< no role > and registred
by the name of Elizabeth Clarke< no role >
