Mr. Alderman Skinner informed the Court that in pursuance of an Order of Court of
the 18th. April last he had waited upon

Esqr. and that he found the residue of the Estate and Effects of the late Mr. Winchester
consisted of personal Estate only, and Mr. Hussey having desired that a statement of
the benevolent purposes of these Charities might be laid before him
Resolved that it be referred to the respective Committees to prepare the same
The Court their proceeded to the Election of a Surveyor and the Petitions of Benjamin
