Continued Thursday 13th. June 1793 .

Clark Winchester< no role > Esqr.


Mr. Alderman Skinner informed the Court that in pursuance of an Order of Court of
the 18th. April last he had waited upon William Hussey< no role > Esqr . Executor of Clark Winchester< no role >
Esqr. and that he found the residue of the Estate and Effects of the late Mr. Winchester
consisted of personal Estate only, and Mr. Hussey having desired that a statement of
the benevolent purposes of these Charities might be laid before him

Resolved that it be referred to the respective Committees to prepare the same

The Court their proceeded to the Election of a Surveyor and the Petitions of Benjamin
Cooper
< no role > James Lewis< no role > and Samuel Wyatt< no role > being read the Governors gave in their Ballots
which being cast up the Numbers appeared to be

Elected Surveyor .

Whereupon James Lewis< no role > was declared duly Elected.

And the Court was adjourned.
