Continued Tuesday 21st. May 1793 .

"not act as Surveyor for the Hospitals and for any of the Tenants in the same
"Works" And inserting in their place the following Vizt. "That when elected he
"shall not act either directly or indirectly as Builder Workmen or Dealer in
"Materials for the Hospitals the Workmen or any of the Tenants nor act as
"Surveyor for the Hospitals and any of the Tenants in the same works Whereupon
the same was resolved in the affirmative.

Then the Question being put to agree with the Report as amended the same was
likewise resolved in the Affirmative.

Thanks voted to.

Resolved unanimously that the Thanks of this Court be given and communicated
to Henry Holland< no role > Esqr . late Surveyor to these Hospitals for his able and disinterested
conduct and services in that situation and that he be requested to assist the
respective Committees with his advice and opinion on all subjects respecting
any Buildings alterations or repairs which are now or may hereafter be thought
necessary.

And the Court was adjourned.
