A report from the Prison Committee of Reference appointed the 8th.
of May Last being read.
Resolved that the said Report of the Prison Committee be taken
into consideration at the next Court and that in the mean time it be
printed and a Copy sent to each Governor.

And the question being put the Treasurer declared the same to be
carried in the affirmative, but a division being demanded & granted,
there appeared 27 for the Question and Eleven against the Question,
Whereupon the same was resolved in the affirmative, And the following
Governors who composed the Majority gave in their names as an Evi-
dence of their opinion agreeable to the 20th. Standing Rule and orders
