Ordered that as soon as the several Bonds of Security are properly
executed they be delivered to the President to be locked up in the Iron
Chest and that the President Mr. Henry Cranke< no role > and Mr. John Woodhouse< no role >
are hereby authorized and requested to execute a Release of the 30 shares
in the Common Stock of the London Bridge Water Works which were
assigned to them on the 30th. May 1789 as a Security for the Treasurer and
that all former Securities be delivered up to the Treasurer and the other officers
as soon as the new Securities are executed

The Treasurer reported that he had received the whole of the Clerks Balance
and that he had purchased the further sum of £1000 East India Annuities

benefit of the Incurables be accepted upon the Conditions therein mentioned

Resolved that the thanks of the Court be communicated to the above Gentlemen
for their Kind and charitable Donations and that Mr. Roebuck Mr.Godwin and
Mr. Hodson Durand be put in nomination as Governors and that the consideration thereof
be referred to the House Committee together with William Pill< no role > Esqr. of Garlick Hill who
was nominated by Alderman Watson and Doctor William Austin< no role > of Cecil Street who was
nominated by Charles Blicke< no role > Esqr. and John Meyricke< no role > Esqr. of Great George Street who
