The Minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed.

The Minutes of the House Committee were read wherein they recommend as
proper persons to be Governors

And they having been severally proposed were unanimously elected

Benefaction reported


The Treasurer reported that he had received of John Farrer< no role > Esqr . of Saint Mary
at Hill £50 for the use of both Hospitals Whereupon It was Ordered that
the thanks of the Court be communicated to Mr. Farrer for his kind and charitable
Donation.

And Nomd. a Govr.


Resolved that John Farrer< no role > Esqr . be put in Nomination as Governor of these
Hospitals and that the consideration thereof be referred to the House Committee.

Gloucestershire to be a Governor of these Hospitals

The Treasurer reported that he had purchased £1000 East India Annuities
and £2400 three per Cent reduced Annuities in the Names of the President
Treasurer and Auditor General but that he had not yet received the Balance from
the Clerks.

Clerks to pay over
Balance.


Ordered the Clerks to pay over the whole of the Balance in their hands to the
Treasurer within seven days from the dale hereof and the President was requested to
sign and Transmit a copy of this Order.
