the apprentices all which nevertheless is submitted to the Judgment
of the Court. This Court having duly weighed and considered the said
Report doth Order that the said

presence of Mr. treasurer or Mr. Auditor General and all the
Apprentices in this Hospital and then discharged from thence.

This Committee having Viewed the Vacant Piece of Ground on
the North side of Tudor Street
and abutting on the North Side of the
Great Hall of this Hospital are of Opinion that the Buildings to be
Erected thereon shall be carried to the Heighth of one Storey and no
higher to the Intent that for the future the said may be more
Night Open and Airy All which nevertheless is submitted to the
Judgement of the Court." This Court having duly weighed and
considered the said Report doth agree with the said Committee therein &
Confirm the same.
